“Yulia Tymoshenko is capable to negotiate and defend interests of Ukraine both in the West, and in the East, with Russia. As the President, she will implement the balanced foreign policy which will be equitable completely to national interests of Ukraine ", - the People's Deputy of Ukraine, the leader of the European party of Ukraine Mykola Katerynchuk declared today during the press conference with regional mass media in Khmelnytska Oblast.

 

"Yulia Tymoshenko has wide international support and respect of the foreign state leaders. They are always ready to meet and carry on constructive negotiations both in the West, and in the East", - he underlined.

 

"The European Party of Ukraine at its fifth congress made the decision on Tymoshenko's support because she repeatedly declared that Europe, European integration of Ukraine, the joining the European Union are the major vectors of the foreign policy of Ukraine, its civilized choice. Simultaneously the Prime Minister tries to confirm such statements with practical actions, having adjusted business relations with the principal European leaders", - Mykola Katerynchuk underlined.

 

"It was proved at the previous Summit "Ukraine - EU" in Kyiv that nowadays the initiative of the Ukraine’s joining the EU depends on us. It is evident that till the end of the Presidential Elections the Agreement of Ukraine’s Association Status with the EU, the Agreement on the Free Trade Zone with the EU and introduction of a visa-free regime for the Ukrainian citizens will not be signed", - the People's Deputy told. - "However, there are no doubts that exactly under Yulia Tymoshenko’s presidencies these initiatives will be realized. And the European choice of Ukraine will be filled, besides external arrangements, with the concrete internal maintenance: introduction of the European legal and social standards, construction of the developed infrastructure, changes in the relationship of the authorities towards citizens".
