The President should accelerate the Euro-integration course of Ukraine. This statement was declared at the briefing by the leader of the European Party of Ukraine, the People's Deputy of Ukraine Mykola Katerynchuk.

 

Mykola Katerynchuk noticed that for this purpose he had registered in the Parliament the corresponding Draft Resolution. According to the Deputy, it is a question of obliging the President of Ukraine to organize management of foreign policy activities of Ukraine with the purpose of the fastest application for membership in the EU, in the terms, defined by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and EU.

 

The Draft Resolution also speaks of charging to the Chairman of the Parliament Volodymyr Lytvyn, to make offers concerning definition urgent bills which are necessary for acceleration of the process of creation of the profound and universal zone of free trade between Ukraine and the EU.

 

He also has added, that “Our Ukraine – People’s Self-defense” faction will demand, that this Draft Resolution to be included in the agenda and voted today.
