The Mykola Katerynchuk Block resolutely condemns treacherous position of Pavlo Teslenko, Boris Gavrilenko and Roman Yaroshenko, who renounced to execute the decision of the Block concerning the common position of the Deputies of the Mykola Katerynchuk Block not to support the Chernovetskyi Block  candidature for  the post of the  Kyivrada Secretary.   

 

Today at the first session of the Kyivrada of the VI convocation Deputy Pavlo Teslenko himself declared about the formation of the faction without having proper plenary powers and in defiance of the Mykola Katerynchuk Block’s Political Council decision.

 

The Political Council of the Block considers such actions of the Deputy as a gross violation of the declared principles of the team participation in the Kyiv Rada re-elections directed on the split of the faction and as such having signs of criminal offence.

 

Any declarations or actions made in the name of the Mykola Katerynchuk Block in violation of the Block Political Council’s decisions are illegal and will be appealed in accordance with the legislation.
