«Mykola Katerinchuk's Block stresses that activities of Kyivrada have been paralyzed today because of the session agenda norms infringement by the Kyiv administrative top namely Chernovetsky and the Kyivrada secretary Dovhiy», - this was declared today during the meeting at the Kyivrada walls by the deputy from Mykola Katerinchuk's Block in Kyivrada Volodymyr Lanoviy.

 

 

«Throughout the last one and a half months sessions the conciliatory council of fractions chairmen have not been held, and the agenda has been formed by the officials of the Kyiv administration. In particular, for today's session issues of tariffs increase for utilities which have not been discussed by deputies have been included, and have not passed the corresponding commission and in general have no corresponding economic basis », - the deputy has noted.

 

 

« On the conciliatory council the claims concerning regular infringement of the norms of conducting sessions to the Kyivrada secretary have been forwarded. It is necessary to underline, that exactly due to the infringement of regulations in the Kyivrada work a number of adventurous decisions have been accepted, such as the city budget for 2009 and obtaining of the opaque credit », - was added by Volodymyr Lanoviy.
