Graduated with honors from Transcarpathian State University with a Degree in Law; a Graduate of the of the New Generation Leaders’ Winter School, Kyiv, the International Leadership Academy (Germany), the American Institute for Political and Economic Systems (Prague), a member of Young Diplomats Forum  (Poland).
  

Since 2001 received scholarships and awards for active public participation and successes in study, the winner of George August’s grant in 2004.

  

Public and political activities: Chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional Organization of All-Ukrainian youth NGO European Youth Movement; Chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional Organization of the European party of Ukraine.

  

Hobbies: travelling, mountain skiing, psychology.

  

The new, vigorous impulse is a demand for the European movement in Ukraine. And the Ukrainian youth should and can provide this impulse. In my opinion it is necessary to carry out the purposeful policy of creating the positive image of the state, power institutions in the youth sphere, including the introduction of youth patriotic education programs, carrying out educational work concerning the government management, local governing, and the European integration. Youth NGOs should be credited by the youth and should strengthen their role in the youth policy formation. It is necessary to involve youth into the processes of state building through creation of the youth self-management bodies, consulting structures at public administrations and local power bodies, groups on working out the policies, etc. Stimulus to activate the youth participation in the politics should be its choice of political ideology, its own position in system of public relations, in distribution of successful experience of carrying out the educational programs which focus youth on active public and political activities.

  

The achievement of the success is a unique "mix" of somebody’s intelligence and physical efforts. We should be able to get oriented and choose a priority way for achieving the goals. The main point is - one should not be afraid of difficulties and try to make their own success!
