Oksana Kostiv – Vice-Chairman for foreign affairs All-Ukrainian Youth NGO «Youth European Movement»
 Oksana Kostiv was born on February, 5, 1986 in the Stryi City.
Education: the master's degree of Ivan Franko Lviv National University. Speciality: diplomatic and consular service and international organizations (2008). Internship in Ministry of foreign affairs of Ukraine (2008). Internship in the General consulate of Ukraine in Krakov (2005). The Public Leadership Institute (2006-2007). Speciality: manager of non-government organizations.
Public and political activity: a member of All-Ukrainian Youth NGO «Youth European Movement». A member of political party «European party of Ukraine». From 2003 to 2008 a member of organization «Young diplomacy».
Interests: social-public activity, trips, foreign languages, literature, cinema.
Once one sage said: „Time to throw about stone and time to collect stone”. Time to collect stone came for the European young people. Youth European Movement aims to unite round itself creative, ambitious, progressive young people which is able to work for the good of our state in order that in this difficult and heavy time step by step, brick after a brick to fasten and reconstruct it.
One of foreign-policy priorities of Ukraine was declared a course on eurointegration, and oriented on the European values Ukrainians must expressly report these ideas to every citizen of our state.
The young generation of Ukrainians must the acts finish telling, that Ukraine has the future, there are people on which it is possible to expect and which aim to accept the valuable participating in forming of public society.
Dreams which come true, not dreams, but plans. Let us plan our future and future of our country together with Youth European Movement.
