On September, 26 in 2009 in Kyiv the debate tournament of «Right for women and children”. Kiev city organization of All-Ukrainian youth NGO Youth European Movement came forward the organizer of measure.

 

 

The partners of tournament were European Council (a project is from strengthening and defense of women and children in Ukraine) and Ukrainian state university of finances and international trade.

 

 

Oleksandra Skyba opened solemn part of measure, Chairman of Kiev city organization Youth European Movement, marked: «Theme of today's tournament – it one of those problems which stand presently before our society. Therefore, today, all not indifferent to this problem people going to the Saturday morning, to make attempt together, by debates, to find their decision and once again to mark the necessity of their decision».

 

 

The strongest commands got in a finale, got statuettes with the logotype of organizers from the representatives of European Council in Ukraine of Monica Platek and Tetyana Kulikovska which marked that European Council is in future ready to support similar initiatives of command Youth European Movement.

 

 

A debate tournament was closed by Volodymyr Bosak, Chairman of All-Ukrainian Youth NGO Youth European Movement: «I am pleasant that our young people affect such important for Ukrainian society questions this tournament. It testifies to unindifference of young people to development of the state, and also its desire to be instrumental in the decision of problems which stand before our society».
